Gary J. Potter Jr.

My name is Gary Potter. I began playing Guitar at fifteen years old. I have a performance degree from Berklee College of Music. I have been teaching guitar for nine years, I have extensive experience working in both group, and one on one lessons.

I have spent a lot of time studying Jazz, rock, classical, metal, country, and Blues. I have performed in many different musical environments. That has educated me in many aspects of music.

Playing in my band is a great experience that complements my teaching skills. I am very proficient with all aspects of the guitar. Writing, Arranging, Improvisation, Ear Training, Fret board knowledge, Music Theory, and Technique. All around musicianship is my all around goal.
