LESSONS ARE OFFERED:

Monday-Thursday: 2:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday:  9:30am to 5pm
 
Office hours may vary depending on when lessons are scheduled.

LESSON DETAILS

Students are scheduled for a half hour lesson once a week. A monthly commitment is required. View a current list of instructors and their availability.

Lessons are $25 per half hour. Payment is due at your last lesson of the month to reserve your lesson time for the following month. There is a $5 late fee for payments not made before the last business day of the month. CASH OR CHECK ONLY!

We cannot reserve your lesson time for the month unless payment is received on time. Payment should be made directly to Kym. Cash and personal check are accepted. If you use online bill pay through your bank, you can also set up an automatic payment! Please put the due date as your last lesson of the month! Off hours payments can be dropped in the “Student Payment” Mailbox. ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO RON’S GUITARS. A $20 fee will be charged for any returned check.

No credit is offered for missed lessons. However, you may be able to schedule a make-up lesson, as your instructor’s schedule permits. Without 24 hour notice we do not schedule a makeup lesson.  Make ups are not given for no show appointments. Make Up lessons must be scheduled within the month or they will be forfeited (unless special previous arrangements have been made). An answering machine is set up on the studio phone line (860-445-4084) for all after hours or missed calls. In the event of a teacher cancellation you will be credited to the next month.

Lessons will not be given on the following holidays:

• New Years Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

Should inclement weather require us to close, lessons will not be given. Please call the studio for cancellation updates.
